Crescent Wins the 2002 “A” List Award for Customer Service
Crescent is rated one of the “Best in the Industry”
For the third year in a row, Crescent Real Estate Equities, Ltd. has won the National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence for office properties. This award is based on results of customer (customer) surveys given across the country. It recognizes those companies whose management performance and commitment to providing the highest level and quality of service achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The honor is awarded annually by Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and CEL & Associates, the largest surveyor of customer satisfaction in the real estate industry.
