Greenway Plaza Conference Center in the Shops (Phase I) - The Crescent Conference Room

Welcome
In connection with Crescent’s desire to deliver superior customer service as well as meet the needs of our clients, Greenway Plaza offers our customers a conference room facility conveniently located within the Shops at Greenway Plaza. Customers may reserve the conference room located on the concourse level near Three Greenway for a nominal fee on a first come, first served basis. Please refer to the map below for detailed facility location information.

Who May Use Our Conference Center?
The conference room is available only to Greenway Plaza customers for business meetings and company events. The room is subject to all Greenway Plaza building rules and regulations (subject to change from time to time).

Meetings, Employee Training, and Team Building Activities
The conference room is perfect for your next employee training session! Conduct meetings on a larger scale and avoid tying up your own facilities all day long. The management office will be happy to help you plan your meeting or event.

Room Configuration
The Conference Center is equipped to accommodate seating for up to 90 people or 250 standing. Arrangements for desired room set-up should be made at the time of reservation. Please refer to diagrams of rooms for detailed layouts. (click title for layout diagram)

Parking Accommodations
Parking is available in the 3 & 4 Greenway Plaza Visitors Parking lot located on the Concourse Level of the Greenway East Garage across from the Transportation Center.

Hours of Availability
The Conference Center is available during normal building hours on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and after hours on a case by case basis. In connection with customer lease agreements, the Conference Center observes the following Greenway Plaza holidays:

Reservations
The conference room is reserved on a first come, first serve basis and customers are required to complete a facility agreement for each reservation at least 48 hours in advance. The room is not considered reserved until a facility agreement is completed. To place your reservation request, please fill out our online form.

Rental & Clean-up Fees
After an agreement has been signed, your contact at the Management office will confirm your reservation. All costs incurred as a result of renting the conference room will be billed to each customer along with their monthly statement. Be sure to add in any set-up and break-down time you may require when scheduling the conference room.

You are responsible for removing any materials, catering items or trash from the room once your event has concluded. Any remaining items may be discarded and an additional clean-up service charge could be assessed.

Cancellation Policy
No charge will be incurred for meetings canceled within 48 hours prior to the scheduled request date. However, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for meetings canceled with less than 48 hours notice.

Catering, Food Delivery and Clean-up
Catering and food delivery is permissible. Crescent Management encourages the use of Greenway Plaza Retail Customers given that they are familiar with Greenway Plaza and have a strong desire to provide the best possible service to Greenway Customers (click on the link below for specific retailer information).

In the event another catering provider is desired, a current copy of the vendor’s Certificate of Insurance will be required prior to the event (click the link below for a sample certificate indicating minimum coverage and certificate holder requirements). Please submit a valid Certificate of Insurance along with the signed facility agreement. In the event food is being dropped off and warming equipment is not needed, a Certificate of Insurance will not be necessary. Also please keep in mind that alcoholic beverages are prohibited. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all trash and left-over catering items are properly disposed of in the large trash containers provided in the Conference Center.

Equipment and Audio Visual Amenities

The conference center does not supply any audio visual equipment. Please remember to bring necessary microphones, speakers, projectors, computers, etc.

Internet Access
Devices equipped with Wi-Fi capability will alert you to the presence of a Wi-Fi network. Verify you are connected to the correct SSID, labeled "Greenway".
